Who we are
RES srl produces industrial wheels made with tecnopolymers.
The production ranges from injection molding of recycled rubber wheels, derived from the crushing of car tires, to the production of nylon wheels with anti-slip polyurethane tread for floor washing machines.
The continuous research and evolution of materials has enabled us to develop high temperature, monolithic and rubber wheels.

Materials
Polyurethane
With the term polyurethane (PU) it refers to a broad family of polymers in which the polymer chain is composed of urethane bonds -NH- (CO) -O-. Polyurethane wheels are used in many sectors of the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, hospital and automotive industries. Our Wheels in Polyurethane are chosen for their hygiene, their acoustic comfort and the excellent resistance to oils and fats.

Rubber
The Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), or thermoplastic rubbers, are a class of copolymers or a polymeric mixture (usually a plastic and a rubber) with both thermoplastic and elastomeric properties. TPEs are relatively easy to use in production through injection molding. Thermoplastic Rubber shows the advantages of both plastic and rubber.

Nylon is a special family of synthetic polyamides.
