All our products are tested according to the standards and refer to the following standards:
UNI EN 12527 Wheels and Supports, test methods and equipment.
UNI EN 12532 Wheels and Supports for applications max. 1.1 m / sec. (4 Km / h).
UNI EN 12528 Wheels and Supports for furniture. Requirements.
UNI EN 12530 Wheels and Supports for manually propelled equipment for the community.

All articles of our production comply with ROHS and REACH.

TESTING

The nominal flow rates indicated refer to the measurement conditions:
Maximum speed 1.1 m / sec.
Surface smooth, hard and compact.
Presence of obstacles having a height equal to 2.5% of the diameter of the wheel placed at distance of 1 meter for wheels having a tread of hardness equal to or greater than 90 shore A.
Presence of obstacles having a height equal to 5% of the diameter of the wheel places at 1 meter for wheels having a tread of hardness less than 90 Shore A.
Ambient temperature between +20°C and +25°C, relative humidity between 40% and 60%.
For products made of spec or customer equipment the responsibility of RES is limited to its proper implementation, with the exclusion of any test or guarantee.

TERMS OF USE

Conditions of use different from those indicated by the standards of testing, influence in a negative way the duration of the product and in particular temperature, humidity and the presence of steam have a significant impact on the flow rate, which is significantly reduced.

MAINTENANCE

For durability and proper use it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance checks to ensure its continuous reliability. Failure to comply with the general rules of use, tampering with or modification of any kind inevitably void any form of warranty and civil or criminal liability.
