The IT systems and software procedures that enable operation of this website acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such personal data is an inherent feature of the Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for association with identified data subjects, but may by its nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, permit the identification of users.
This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers of the users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the required resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as a reply, the numeric code of the status of the reply sent by the server (ok, error, etc.) and other parameters linked with the user’s OS and computer processing environment.
This data is used to allow access to and browsing of the site, to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, to check the proper functioning of the same, and is processed for the time strictly necessary to meet the purposes. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event that computer crimes are committed against the web site or illegal acts are performed while browsing.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
 
No provision of personal data by the user is required for consultation of the site. In particular, it is specified that no cookies are used for profiling purposes, neither of the first nor of third parties, rather only technical, functional and analytical cookies anonymised in order to improve the quality of browsing of the user within the site in question.
However, it is possible for the user to request information through a specific form. These operations involve the acquisition by Res Srl of personal data, such as address, e-mail or telephone numbering, necessary to fulfil the requests of users. This data will be used only to respond to the user's request; if necessary, it will be processed for purposes related to contractual, fiscal and accounting obligations; billing history; litigation and credit protection; fulfilment of obligations under applicable laws and may be disclosed to third parties only if necessary for that purpose. The treatment will be carried out with manual and automated systems on magnetic, electronic and telematic support, to store, manage and transmit the data itself, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves, on the basis of the data in our possession and with a commitment on your/our part to inform us promptly of any corrections, changes, additions and/or updates.
 
Processing appointees.
 
The data will be processed by personnel appointed and instructed by Res Srl with procedures, technical and IT tools suitable to protect the confidentiality and security of your data and consists of their collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the above activities.
Communication, disclosure and duration.
Personal data will be communicated to persons authorised by Res Srl to respond to requests for information, or may be communicated to agencies and institutions for the fulfilment of legal obligations or judicial authority, if requested. In addition, the Company uses other companies and individuals to perform certain activities such as parcel delivery, payment processing, IT companies, professionals and business consultants. The aforesaid subjects have access only to the personal data strictly necessary to carry out their duties. The Company emphasises the prohibition of use by the same for other purposes and the obligation to process in accordance with this Privacy Policy and current legislation.
Within the scope of its activity and for the purposes above, Res Srl may make use of services provided by third parties acting on behalf of Res Srl and in accordance with its instructions, as data processors.
The information and personal data of visitors/users collected by this site, including data freely provided in order to obtain the sending of information material or other communications by filling in the relevant curriculum on the site, will be kept for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and for the duration necessary for the same purpose. Once the service is completed, all personal data will be destroyed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise requested by the authorities, required by law, or unless otherwise specified in particular sections of the website. The request for consent to the processing of data will be renewed every 24 months.

Through this website, Res Srl does not deliberately collect particular categories of data, defined in Article 9 of EU Regulation 679/16 as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to health or sex life or sexual orientation of the person.
We recommend that you do not provide such information through this site.

Art. 15 Right of access of the data subject:
 
the data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him are being processed; in that case, the right to obtain access to personal data and related information (categories of data, purposes, possible recipients, storage period or criterion ...)
 
Art. 16 Right of rectification: the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.
 
Art. 17 Right to erasure (<right to be forgotten>): the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data relating to him/her without undue delay and the data controller shall be obliged to erase personal data without undue delay if there is one of the grounds referred to in Article 17, par. 1, lett. a, b, c, d, e, f, par. 2, par. 3 lett. a, b, c, d, e. Art. 18. Right of limitation of treatment: The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of the treatment when one of the hypotheses of art. 18 par. 1 letter a, b, c, d, par. 2, par. 3.
 
Art. 19 Obligation to notify in the event of rectification or erasure of personal data or limitation of treatment: The data controller shall inform each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted of any corrections or erasures or limitations to the processing carried out pursuant to Article 16, Article 17, par. 1 and Article 18, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. The Company may inform the data subject about such recipients if the data subject requires so.
 
Art. 20 Right to data portability: the data subject has the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, personal data concerning him provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the data controller to which he provided it where there are cases referred to in Article 20, paragraph 1, letter a, b, paragraph 2, 3, 4.
 
Art. 21 Right to object. The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his/her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her in accordance with Article 6, par. 1, letter e or f, including profiling on the basis of those provisions. Where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him/her carried out for such purposes, including profiling to the extent that it relates to such direct marketing. If the data subject objects to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data shall no longer be processed for those purposes.
